Costumes – As stated this evening, Costume Holiday House has costumes for Hello Dolly for rent.  As we draw closer and begin to have our costume coordination we will want to coordinate the rentals as we get a discount the more we rent.  But remember, each cast member is responsible for your own costume.

 

Choreography – At most of the practices beginning in may, in addition to blocking and line work Natalie will begin working with the choreography

 

Music – At this point we will most likely begin music work in May.  However, we are still in an uncertain position regarding our musical accompaniement.  More to follow as detail becomes available.

 

Cast membership fee – Because GHCT is a non-profit, we ask that all members of the cast pay a $20.00 membership fee.  This fee covers a commemorative t-shirt that you will receive, in addition to going to defray the cost of food that is provided on performance nights due to the timing of the show.  Please bring this with you to practice on April 17th.

 

And the last thing, at least for this e-mail.  We will go off book on June 9th.  For those of you who are new to the production, that means lines must be memorized by then as no more scripts will be allowed on stage.

 

Reminder that your forms are due Thursday April 17th at practice

Scripts are provided to cast members with speaking parts, choral books will be provided to all cast as they are expected to participate in any chorus scenes
